As a child, I fell head over heels in love with the moon. I’ve yet to recover.
Last night, as I stood outside in the cold air, neck craned so I could see
the fullness of her beauty, I whispered: Do you love me as much as I love you?
She whispered back through the trees: Yes, that much and more.

Beautiful, beautiful!! I’m a moon girl too 🙂 I was enjoying watching her coming closer and growing fuller then the tropical storm hit and she is hidden from my sight – but the persistent , yet oddly gentle, rain is most welcome.

Oh, thank you, Writegardener! And I know she loves you, too! I Just realized I am not getting email notifications for your blog posts. I’m not sure if something got crossed in the net, so I’ll have to figure out what’s up. If my tinkering causes further disconnection—it’s by accident! I’ll find you, though:) 🌸
