I am currently offering private and group yoga classes in the Raleigh/Cary, NC area. I teach Gentle Yoga with a focus on relaxation, stress-reduction, and mindfulness. I integrate pranayama (breathwork) and meditation into asana (postures) to create balance, freedom, and joy in the body and mind. The best way to achieve the results that you want from Yoga, whether it be more mental clarity, peacefulness, mindfulness, or physical flexibility, is to have a practice that is tailored to suit your individual needs. My goal as a Yoga teacher is to help you create that practice.
I work with women of all ages to design a practice that assists them in discovering their unique path to wholehearted living. I encourage women to listen to and be guided by their own inner observations to achieve personal empowerment and authentic selfhood.
